What do you take pictures of?
Custom Shotz photographers take pictures of all types of athletic
and sporting events. We take pictures of individual athletes as
well as team photos and we will try to accommodate any special requests
that you may have. In addition to sports photography, we will handle
many other types of photography assignments. You should contact

2: Can you take photographs
of one athlete at a game?
Yes! Call us to set up an appointment and we will make every effort
to capture an individual athlete in action. Individual action portraits
are our specialty!

3: Will you take team
photos?
Yes! Call us to set up an appointment and we will arrange for team
photos to be taken. We do offer memory mates, magazine covers, mouse
pads, magnets, buttons, and calendars and awesome custom made posters.
We will customize packages to meet the needs of individual teams
and leagues. These keepsakes make wonderful gifts throughout the
year.

4: Can you photograph
sporting events that are held outdoors as well as those held indoors?
Custom Shotz will photograph all athletic events in the environment
in which they are played. We have the equipment and expertise to
work at indoor events as well as outside at sports fields and stadiums.
Our staff will make every effort to capture the "action"
no matter where it happens!

5: I don't see my
team or athlete's photo on your website. Can you photograph them?
Absolutely! Although it is difficult for us to photograph EVERY
athlete at every event, we do try to capture all of the athletes
at each of the games. If you would like Custom Shotz to cover a
particular event, please contact us via our “book
a game” tab and we will make every effort to fit your
request into our work schedule. In return, we ask that you help
spread the word about Custom Shotz and tell everyone what we do.

Do you use a digital camera?
We use the latest state of the art Nikon and Canon digital camera
equipment. We will accommodate special requests if you would prefer
film or video.

What kinds of paper are the photos printed on and do you print on-site?
All photos are printed on high-quality paper. We do offer on-site
printing and the images created on-site are printed on an Epson
2200 archival photo printer using archival mat paper. All other
photos purchased via the Internet or by telephone are sent to a
professional lab and they are also printed on high-quality paper.

How soon after the photo session are the pictures available for
purchase and how long will the images be on the Web?
The pictures are generally available within 24 hours after the photo
shoot and they will be kept on our website for at least 4 months.
After they are removed from our website, you can contact us at sales@customshotz.com
and we can produce additional prints.

When will my photographs arrive?
In most cases, your pictures will arrive in about10 days. This estimated
arrival time may be a little longer depending on the time of the
year and depending on what our labs' workload might be. We will
make every effort to ensure that your pictures arrive as quickly
as possible.
Please be aware that the ship date for your orders is the date that
the order was shipped to the lab for processing, as opposed to the
date that your completed order was shipped to you.

My print doesn't look like the one I saw on your website?
Due to the various print sizes offered, the physical image of your
print may appear slightly different than the image you see on the
screen. In other words, what you see on an 8x10" print might
appear slightly different on a 4x6" or 5x7" print.

Can I make copies of the photographs that I purchase?
The images that you have purchased are copyrighted by Custom Shotz
Photography LLC and it is ILLEGAL to make copies of these images.
If you would like additional copies of your pictures, you can contact
Custom Shotz Photography to order reprints.

If I am unhappy with my photographs, can I return them for a full
refund?
All photographs can be returned for a full refund (except shipping
costs) within 7 days of receipt.

Does Custom Shotz Photography maintain regular office hours to handle
questions and concerns?
Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00
pm. We do have a voice mail system to handle your calls if we are
out on a job and this system is checked on a regular basis. Every
effort is made to return telephone messages within 24 hours and
we do try to make contact in the evenings if the customer cannot
be reached during the day. You are also welcome to contact us by
e-mail at sales@customshotz.com
